Creed of Worthiness
i am not worthy.
Confession of human unworthiness.
No man is worthy, no prophet, no institution, no power under heaven or earth. Revelation declares: “No man was found worthy to open the book.”
Jesus Christ is Worthy.
Declaration of Christ’s worthiness.
Worthy is the Lamb that was slain, to receive honor, glory, power, and blessing forever. By His blood we are washed clean, by His grace we are made righteous.
In Christ, we are made worthy.
Assurance of our worth in Him.
Not by works, not by merit, but by faith in Him alone. Through His sacrifice we are adopted as children of God, heirs with Christ, temples of His Spirit.
Sion is the witness.
Witness of the redeemed.
The outcast whom no one cares for, yet chosen as God’s dwelling place. Here the contrite heart and broken spirit are revived, and the promise of redemption is proclaimed.
Jesus Christ is Lord — yesterday, today, and forever.
To Him alone belongs the glory. Amen.
“I follow Christ. That’s my decision. And by God’s grace, I’ll succeed.”
